Beneath the streets of Newcastle there is an old tunnel. Built for moving coal, then used as an air raid shelter, now something far more sinister lurks there… the Spooky Poet Club!

Join Lewis Brown and Mark Gallie for an hour of hauntings, horror and Halloween-inspired poetry in the historic Victoria Tunnel, hosted by the Ouseburn Trust. Inspired by ghost stories, classic creatures, and terrors both modern and ancient, you’re in for some poems that’ll make even your nightmares turn pale! And some of them might even rhyme.

Tickets available from the Ouseburn Trust website: https://ouseburntrust.org.uk/events/event/?eid=22293
